Fish Kitchen, Parnell’s seafood deli, sells wet fish that can be cooked to eat in or takeaway. Fish Kitchen has a traditional fish and chip menu and a range of salads. Deli items include smoked fish, cured salmon, crab tarts, fish pates and dips.

The specials menu changes regulary providing light seafood meals for the season. All condiments, with the exception of tomato sauce, are prepared daily by the kitchen staff. All fish is fresh and delivered daily.

Fish Kitchen is a great place to take the kids and introduce them to different ways of eating seafood, other than battered.
